Help for Droptable and Premium edeting

the Drop Problem, i have make the droprate of Upgrade Core highest in mf and pf very high but they whouldnt drop can any1 help me?

that is not right i have added +3/4/5 Epaulettes as Random Drop in DS,GD and BI and that work
