[Help] Galaxy View - Solar System Information

on the galaxy view there is a section telling you the solar system you are currently viewing, this is marked on my image in red.

If I enter 99 into galaxy in galaxy in the yellow box i find the yellow section resets it to the maximum for the server (it is set as one as i am unable to change the constants file) however the information box below still shows 99.

Is anyone able to tell me how to correct the number, I have tried deleting the row that it is in but it still remains. Any help would be much appreciated.
