restart your computer, after this delete your gameguard folder and startup the game with the gameguard bypasser of Paul_T (http://forum.ragezone.com/rose-online/paul_ts-game-guard-fix-221792.html)

jooker, are you sure you ran it BEFORE you even run your game client? because if you run it after you run it, it WILL NOT WORK
