[Help] Game Server

I login then created a character for the first time and connect inside the game server. I can play and move anywhere. After few minutes, i log out and close RO.exe then reopen and relogin. On the time i relogin and select a character, i can't go connect to game server and anymore. It keep giving me "Fail to connect to the server" even i tried close and re-do a lot of times.

Note : Don't talk about "Maybe you forgot to remove the //" , "Maybe your internet line cut off" , "Maybe your MySQL closed and not functioned". Obviously you can see, i already said just after few minutes i log out and close my RO.exe only not my .bat. Also, i already checked everything.
