when i kill gorgos and kill a chest. i never get the map peice or a crystal therfor i cant go to another stage so im stuck with 2 stages.... why is this?

also i saw a video of gc season1 and it had ryan up to 4th job and ronan to 2nd job is that possible? and if it is how do you do it?
