[Help] GTKRadiant Map

I made a replicate of the church_a map only with coded walls and everything...I can build it with -nolights, but those wont run in my current .exe, which is fine. I place my lights (I use 1 big one to light the whole room, just for a test (range: 2500)) and build with -fastlights. The windows error: "Fluid Studios Radiosity Processor has encountered a problem and needs to close." appears when lightmaps are at "20% : Preparing to generate lightmaps.", and it closes, and skips lighting, thus, disabling me to use it. After that it says some stuff about trees on the console and builds the MRS. The .MAP file is 225kb, and the MRS file is 450kb, which i find very strange. A 18kb map i made that had coordinates past 10,000 and lights past 5000 range compiled perfectly and made a 500+kb MRS file. I have no idea what's wrong. Please help me...This map is far too good looking to be unable to build...

UPDATE: Turns out it can't render any texture with pure black (0,0,0) with lights...no idea why, but i photoshopped the black BG of my server logo to make it really dark red, and sure enough, it built right. The next thing that happens is when the lightmap builder is at 0% of "Building Splitting Octree", it crashes and the console continues with "LightMap Generator Failed", and builds a -nolight map...Still need help.

UPDATE: "Turns out it can't render any texture with pure black (0,0,0) with lights" I might be wrong about that because I simply repositioned my logo sign away from the corner of the floor and wall and the original crash happened again...but simply retexturing it fixed it the first time...it seems like the position and texture were both problems at differient times XD.
