[Help] Healing Potions L2J

In l2jfree 1.1.4 stable release I have changed the buff duration in configs foldier to 3, and now healing potion time is 45sec. I want to change it back to 15sec, but I cant. I've tryed to change potions buff time in xml, but it won't help

i had that problem with potions in my server and the potion time was 1h but in reality it still lasts for 15 second.
try looking with navicat in buff_template and see if the "healing buff" of the potion is there.
