I can't create logins : "account" and "game"

These are the pictures of what's going on which I don't know if its normal or what.

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

Here all my configuration made it :

accountserver :

I attached the database but that's what happend when I try to made the logins (see 2 first pictures)

I see its no problem just try open Account server&GameServer again
