Ok i tried using wamp before I kept getting errors.Something with line 47.Ok righht know im using appserv.Ok i did this tut

1.Use AppServ
DOWNLOAD FROM<---[Google is your best friend]
2.Add Fle Nr.1 to C:/AppServ/php5/HERE and to
C:/AppServ/Apache2.2/bin/HERE
3.U know that down left that start button click it and
run then write there php.ini
so if u opened it with notepad then Edit/Find or just Ctrl+F
and fill it with " extension=php_mssql.dll " dont add "
If you found extension=php_mssql.dll then from that delete
; from extension=php_mssql.dll.
If that done open C:/AppServ/Apache2.2/bin/ApacheMonitor now look down and right that icon apache icon...left click it and restart apache..
DONE now should work!

I did that all know when i run it i get some crazy page.Look at picture can someone help me?
