Everytime that Seven signs updates, the gameserver stops for some minutes and then, it works again

How can i turn off Seven signs?

Yes, theres a sevensigns.properties there, but there's no such option to turn it off, only to change the drops, number of players, etc.

1) this is wrong section
2) you can`t turn seven signs off in config files
3) you have to mod the server core to do it...
