[Help] How Create Items on Mangos?

Hi Guys, im really new with wow privates servers

i made my own server and trying to up, and works, but i cant make my owns items, i know in last versions exist a program where u make your own items, please if anyone know how, or exist a guide or program please, post links...

Dont say there is a search buttom, bcause i search and search and nothing.
