[HELP] How do I LOWER the Attack damage of Monsters?

Monsters in my Private Server do strong damage, or I don't know if it's strong or just normal but anyway, I just wanted to lower their attack..

Is there any way I can do this?



Also i'd appreciate it if someone can tell me how to raise the normal attacks of players..

in the map were you have your server open worldserver.conf en change the mob attack rate
