errr... try this command, Im still having a problem with my client and still can't be a GM, but try this command when you are using your GM Character--> /chatblock_cn [character name]

LOL.. Bro Hudas.. You must know first the User ID of the person you want to chatblock..

First Type /charinfo_cn [character name]
*this will give the detail about the character..

Second Type /chatblock_ci [Cha ID] [Number of minutes]*usually 4 numbers*




example

/chatblock_ci 3215 24

*this will block the character for chatting in 24 minutes.

Note* it is /chatclock_ci not /chatblock_cn

this command work.

/chatblock_cn ChaName 20

example: /chatblock_cn TETENG_TIGAS 20

this will chatblock the character TETENG_TIGAS for 20 minutes.
you dont have to find their CHA ID just type their IGN..

note: chatblock_cn is for IGN while,
chatblock_ci is for their ChaId.
