[Help]How to edit the picture in the launcher?

I searched but didnt find any guide...
I know how to make my own launcher (I mean how to edit Fly For Fame Launcher for my server) but I dont know how to put my new skin for my launcher ><

oh btw and someone can give me some tips on how to make a skin for the launcher? (Size, Form and etc..)

Well, if you already have a launcher downloaded, right click on the picture and select properties. It can tell you the size of the image and such I do believe, You basically get your own picture, edit it and resize it, then name is as the current launcher skin you have.

For the first post, I didnt understand... name it like my current launcher skin?... its simple fly for fame skin..
Where can I see the name of the skin?...

i'll take the red pill
1st. Open the patcher in reshacker
2nd. click images
3rd. Click 104
4th. right click 1033 and choose "Replace Resource
5th. open the image you want to replace with and :
