sorry if this is in the wrong section cause i dont know where else to put it lol
k first off i wanna make ms banners but i dont know how to
i have adobe photoshop cs2 and paint.net , maplestory backgrounds and some characters.
all i need to know is how do i put them together o.o...

Just say "banner" without the maplestory, you'll reduce a lot of flames like that.

Anyways, just create a new file, add them all together, so some effects and tada.
