[Help] How to warp/reboot ?

Can some1 teach me how to use foxy sof'ts pak processor to actualy reboot a server ?? a 1.50 particular
i just want to know this knowledge since the days i used to play t4c i never knew how ppl did it
or is there perhaps another way of rebooting/warping servers ? i heard something with Prophexy

Just find a good shell and send packets to the Server's IP.. that's all..
