on the rageonline pack the admin lvl is 3..

there are only 3 levels, GO, SGO, Admin.
might be why u are having problems getting into it. and it should appare on the navigation menu at bottom in green text.

@Above; he said he is using Ugamela.

Ontopic -
Are you sure you are putting it in the correct column?
In the user column, click the edit icon and obviously edit it;
just put 5, no fullstop etc.
And make sure you click save?
Its kinda weird...; it should work...
