[Help] I can't edit ItemSetOption.bmd

I can't edit ItemSetOption.bmd in my client! I tried using extremueditor 0.7.0 but it only edits the ancient sets' names, not the options. Does anybody know any solution?

if u dont know about hex y dont u try another editor
