[Help]Importing data L2J

Hi, hopefully someone can help me. im new to l2 server hosting and just hosting to see how things work. i downloaded the gm buffer shop by bloodrayne (thx for that) and followed the readme file. but i dont know how to put data from a SQL file into navicat. probably a noob question lol but a simple explanation would be useful. thx in advance

Right click on the database , and use Execute Batch file .... and add the *.sql file who u will add in your database.

hmm its one i downloaded and its a load of crap anyway, all the data is wrong but thanks for your help
