Help in automatic lvl 80 L2J

Hi guys i will plan to make a decites servers.Actually 3.The first will be x3 the other x400 and the third x5000.But in my high rate server i want something special.I want when players create a charachter there will be 80 lvl not 1.Plz help Plz tell me how to do that

Many users ask me to do that.But to be honest exept from automatic 80lvl i have a super gk that teleports you in pvp zones.It is only for pvp.Also there are no mobs and npcs exept ftom gm shop,cat class,super gk,and buffer. The only thing that i dont have is automatic 80 lvl.So plz help

please any body know how can i open and close pvp in towns without restart
the server...for 10 minutes and every 1 hour
and a second question how can i set a player as hero for always ..because in every restart the sethero disapear from the carachter

gk maybe good nad u know...everything what you took from others is nothing special..special is things that u did...no matter what they are...
