Are you sure they are filtered, or could they be routed to a different PC? Run ipconfig from a command prompt to check.

Are you running a sw firewall on your PC?

what do you mean routed to different pc? ive turned off the firewall
my ip address is 192.168.0.121
mysubnetmask 255.255.255.0

If your setup to get your IP dynamically from the router, your IP could change each time you boot. (It has happened to others here)

Are you using an external port scanner to check if the ports are open?

I google for those and get a different one every time. Check your ports 80,29000,29100,29200

yes i use dynamic PPPOE should i make it static?
FOR my IP result in port testing lately

121.97.151.151 isn't responding on port 23 (telnet).
121.97.151.151 isn't responding on port 53 (domain).
121.97.151.151 isn't responding on port 80 (http).
121.97.151.151 isn't responding on port 110 (pop3).
121.97.151.151 isn't responding on port 21 (ftp).
121.97.151.151 isn't responding on port 139 (netbios-ssn).

A static address is always best. At least between your router and your server. If not you'd have to configure you port forwarding each and every time.

Did you check your Wan IP address? The one in the example, won't even ping.

no actually.. i dont know what to do.. it just when i tried to go to portforwarding .com and if i will choose the d-link section with my model.. the screen shot configuration menu from there is different from my router configuration menu..
is there other option ?

Check out a couple different guides for the DLINK. (other models) The firmware version may have been updated. One will look similar.

As you read the guides, keep in mind what you want to do: you want to send all the packets that come to a port on the router to the same port on your server.

So you should have 4 entries, one for each port, 80, 29000, 29100, 29200
it should be that starting and ending port. they address you would use would be that of your PC (ipconfig)

It gets frustrating, but you'll get it. Hang in there.

If you're running off of a DSL Modem or a Cable Modem, make sure you set those on DMZ for your router so that it isn't blocked from the modem. That could make problems complicated. Most modems now adays come with firewalls because they're designed to run with one computer. See if you can access your DSL modem (hook up directly and access the gateway) and put the your computer to DMZ, then setup your router to the same IP address. Then hook up your router back to the modem, and DMZ your server so that it works. Make sure you put a firewall on your server so that only the ports get opened as needed.
