[help] Level down Problem

Please help me i got a lvl down problem at my private server let me say i maDe myself to lvl 99 and i played whit my friend and he killed me whit 1 kil i was lvl 12 :s and my friend was lvl 3 can u please help me whit this lvl down problem.
