[HELP]Maintencance Error!

Greetings!
When im hosting a ROSE server there are no errors but when i loginto the game it says that the server is in an under going Maintencance and its really annoying me. I dont know if its doing that because of my ip's but i checked them and nothing is misplaced and my port's too =/ If any of you can help me fix this error i would love it ^_^

make sure your lan ip's are correct too. make sure your data base is the same

[DATABASE]
mysql_host=localhost
mysql_user=root
mysql_pass=
mysql_database=irose <---- make sure that is the same as your database mysql too
mysql_port=3306
AutoQueryTime=600

Also make sure your launchers ip is the same
if tha doesn't work then gimme your msn ill help u out.
