i have everything set up and i just installed conquer and edited the server.dat useing the video i used localhost as the ip and it worked but once i got to conquer my server has the little purple orb meaning its in manintenence and i can't connect to it! I even tried to use the loop back ip (127.0.0.1) and it didnt work.
