[Help] Mangosd Error, and Offline Realms. Mangos

Hi, I have a problem with my Mangosd Console it shows the error below every time I start Amber Mangos. I have tried to fix it myself and have searched the forums, but nothing that I tried worked.

I also have a problem where my Realm shows Offline, and I know it could be my ports so I am going to check that, but if you want to make any suggestions. Is it possible this is connected to the error below?
