Can someone add me on my MSN to talk of all my problems because here is so difficult to understand please!!!

My problems:

When im getting on my Server it doest apear no Server to choose (WORLD).

How can i make my server Global?? I read like 3 tutorials for that step by step and doesnt works!!!
