help me Get Zuly from Monster

My Server Can't get Zuly from Monsters

its so easy 3 steps bellow
1.install Microsoft exel fist
2.open drops_data.csv with exel in ...\(rosesv folder)\Binary\data\
3. You will see 2 columns D named level_min and E named level_max
Change All level_min to 1 and level_max to 250

Login the game and see Zulies drops
