You need to use the search as both your topic have been asked and answered many many times already.

You have to either edit the tables in the newEtcData table where the new char data comes from or edit the newchar stored procedure to add a call to give items via cabal cash up_addmycasitem.

Unless you can decode, edit and re-encode the item binaries you can only use the second method.

Also doing this can be a huge exploit. Your players will make new chars, transfer the free items to warehouse, delete the char and repeat. Then they will sell all of the items and keep doing this to make lots of free alz.
