I followed all the steps of the tutorials and still can not create

if someone has already created and can help me
please put the links of the files used (serverfiles, client, database, launcher, webregister ...) and all the links of files that I'll need.

There are plenty of resources in this forum that can guide you on setting up your server. Take a look around, and read multiple threads. Also, make sure you make a thread in the correct section next time.
