Help me - some server question L2J

Hy to everyone . I'm very confused now ... I want to make a l2 j server but I have some questions :

-What's better and stable Datapack for L2 Gracia 2 (latest) version ...
-Is there exist an fully customized datapack : buff time , buffer , gm shop , global GK , an system with beleth , gold coins or something , dinasty weapon and epic weapon included in shop ?
-What's indicated internet connection (upload-download) to set up a l2 gracia 2 server ...
-It's better a server on Linux(ubuntu) than Windows XP ? better in sense : no lag , more stable?

Hello dude

U can choose any datapack, but u need to fix some bugs, there isnt a perfect dp, increase buff time and make ur custom npc is easy, and also add new gmshop, there are lots of guide How To, just take a look.
Every connected ppl is like 15 kbps, so think about it
Windows sucks and ubuntu too, try fedora or some other distro, and sure linux is the better way to host a server.

Can you give me a web-page from where I can download datapack and other (like gm shop , global GK )
How can I implement an gold coin system with unique items in shop (based on beleth dragons - silver coins and gold coins ) or something like it...
with this connection ... how manny ppl I can host .
