[Help] Monster Drops and placement

How can I edit what my monster's will drop like how much coins and exc items...

also all my monsters on Lor are in the back of the map how can I make them all spawn in one or 2 spots?

also I want a monster to drop 1 specific item how can I do that?

Download OllyDBG and edit the GameServer.exe

ye i have no clue how to use this all I see is Letters and Numbers do you know a guide that could help me out alittle on this??
