[HELP]My brother can't login

Hello,
I've opened a runescape server and I am trying to connect the server through my btother computer and I can't LOGIN.
I opened the ports at the firewall and th Internet and nothing works what I need to do?

use ip 127.0.0.1 which can be run through the localhost so your bros can all play, must be on the same network though

I tried it and also 10.0.0.1(that this is my computer) and also 0.0.0.0 and localhost and nothing worked

Make sure that your ports are forwarded and allowed on both router and your firewall
