[help] My Custom Skill Doesnt Work L2J

Hi People.

I Need some Help to Understand what is wrong.

I red some Posts and decide to create some custom skills.

Problem Solved.
it was a higher skill number.

i thought if i increased the skill number out of the range of the other skills it could avoid some problems and at end of the history the higher number was my worst enemy hehehehe!!!
