[Help] need 64bit mssql 2000

can anyone please help me to find a mssql 2000 with 64x version in it? ive been looking for days on google and on microsoft without any result. the thing is. when i run the autorun.exe it says that i need 86x wich means that its 32bit so i cant install a sql server.

yes you can run mssql 2000 in a x64 system... Look carefully at what it tells you... something about the folder x86, youll find the installer for x64 systems there.

either i use to new version of windows server. or something else. well i solved the problem hopefully. now ill try use mssql 2008. wonder if its the same

when i tried to install the mssql 2008 it didnt work. it said that i needed windows installer 4.5 to install it. well i downloaded windows installer from microsoft. and it says that i need another version or something like that

thanks for giving me a link. but it doesnt work. allready tried.. i dont got the right windows version... i got windows enchanted server 2008.

SQL 2000 works in 32-bit or 64-bit, idk why he said that it doesnt work on 64-bit... WHen its 64-bit it gives you instructions on how to install it.. its not the same as in 32-bit systems, but u can still install MSSQL2000 in a 64-bit OS
