[Help]Need help changing textures. L2J

Well I followed the video guide posted by Kaali, but I feel I am missing some thing lol

When I add my new boot texture (itemid 6385, major arcana boots) to the armorgrp.dat file and open up l2 to look at the texture, it is a blank/white texture for the boots.

Im going to attach my armorgrp.dat file and the lineage.utx file, hoping someone might be able to help me.

I have no clue what i have done wrong. Yes i have patched the system dir, yes i encrypted the ending file as 121 and the ending armorgrp.dat file as 413 (since that was the key patcher.exe gave me after it got done)

I am running c6 interlude version (I hope that is not what is screwing me up, though i dont see how it would)

do i need to present my files in a different way? or is my question just too dumb for some odd reason?

Ok, now this is odd, the new textures work if i add them into an existing file, but it will not read them if i try and call them from a new .utx file. Like the female dark elf boots i was working on would work fine if called from FDarkElf.utx, but if i tried to put them in a new file, like lineage.utx, it would not show up (and yes I edited armorgrp.dat accordingly)

as an example:

FDarkElf.fdarkelf_b would work

but

lineage.fdarkelf_b would not work

is this something new in c6? do they not allow new .utx files?

U saved it same type ???? DXT1, DXT3, DXT5 ????

If u didnt save same type as i opened it u will get white boots...
