[Help] Needed for starting admin L2J

Greeting everyone,
I'm testing the c5 l2j server side(& their last datapack) and I have a few questions.
I'm not sure if this is right place to ask, but anyway I need help..
I have followed the instructions and I able to login to server play around bit,
but there is no npcs how can I make them appear?
And second question I have is how to change the rates of the server?

Well... You can...
1- Start reading the forums rules.
2- Read some guides on the forums.
3- Check the server config files and use a lil common sense

and then maybe, just maybe you will be a lil bit closer to what you want to do...

Now... You posted on the wrong section, without a proper prefix and without a descriptive title... there is almost nothing you didn't broke with this post... Now, for one time only, I will move the post and add a prefix... but next time you won't get the same luck...

anyway regarding my issue. I have taken a look on GS log files and found couple of errors, I will appreciate if someone could help me on fixing those,
So versions I use:
L2J Server Version: 745
L2J Datapack Version: 3373
Errors:
1) net.sf.l2j.gameserver.datatables.ItemTable data error on item:
SEVERE 10 net.sf.l2j.gameserver.skills.DocumentBase
Error in file G:\l2\l2 c5\GameServer\GameServer\data\stats\armor\9200-9299.xml
CONFIG 10net.sf.l2j.gameserver.datatables.ItemTable ItemTable: Loaded 0 Armors.
(this error is the same for all weapons , armor and skills)

2)the second error regarding spawning npcs:
net.sf.l2j.gameserver.datatables.SpawnTable
SpawnTable: Spawn could not be initialized: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
net.sf.l2j.gameserver.model.actor.instance.L2FeedableBeastInstance

Any suggestions?
