Hey I'm trying to add new wings to S4.6 IA Julia files, and I ran into a problem the game doesn't recognize the wings as wings.
Let me explain:
You can see the texture in-game, you can put them on as wings in-game but the Options of the item are not Wings Options, even when I drop it with 13 1 1 7 63 it becomes +13 but without any of the other options and I cant put it on (says lvl req 420 when I defined it as 400 in item.bmd but its only for the wings +1-13).

I've Edited Item(Kor).txt Correctly.
I've Edited Item.bmd Correctly.
And named the added files Correctly as you can see them in the picture i've added.
My client side lacks ItemToolTip so i dont know where one would edit the wings options.
