I try to setup C9 server for personal play use this version https://forum.ragezone.com/f932/release-chs-c9-server-files-1067307/index15.html#post8528791

I choose old version because I want orange and green monster in hard dungeon for personal solo play.

the problem is when I Execute number 7 [if I remember correct] SQL file in CH_C9_DB_server folder it give me error "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." I try to search online it is about port or something like that.

When I change min/max/serverdata to my IP and start.bat to External Ip according to this guide https://forum.ragezone.com/f933/tutorial-config-external-ip-server-1089537/

it give me "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." when login

but if I not change any things and set TCP/IP as 1433 it give me infinite "Connecting...."

I just want to setup game to play in my PC is there any way to make it working?
