[Help]No exp in party

I need help on the exp error problem in my server thats v.12.
Simply i have a party with another person and i hit and doesn't give any exp.
So i open the party menu and i see that the little circles aren't checked.
After i try to click em it, it still leaves them unchecked and problem unsolved...
So help please? :

These circles cannot be checked.

If you click on them, it counts as checked, but you don't see it.

Make sure you don't bypass the level gap [19]
