[Help] no hamachi prob =(

hey iv followed 5 post on how to open ports and make a website without ahmachi iv opend all the ports needed but when i type in my ip then :81 it wont work and i just have no idea why it wont iv been over and over things just wont work anyone got any ideas to fix ?

try to portforward in firewall or just disable it
