help on letting someone else host the server 24/7

Umm, I can't leave my computer on 24/7 so how can I get someone else to host I if their computer can stay on 24/7? What files does that person need to host my private server? Thanks.

Ok, smarty pants, answer this question: for the database, do they need everyone's accounts? I don't feel like transfering 90 registered accounts to another person's database.
