[Help] Penya Rates and Shout Amount

How do I change my penya rates?
How do I change it so people can shout more than just once a minute?

Change it in world.ini

change the drop rates in World Server.ini(or world.ini for others)

it is under flyexp and above quest drop rate

To change the 1b go to your data_characters and go to your tables and you'll see somewhere penya and then you'll see 1bill standing there
