Help=Ping 269 can't acces to server L2J

I need help my server ping is 269 and when I click on It I can't get access.
Take look screen:

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

Read now is important.
My host file is setted like this=19*.***.*.** L2authd.lineage2.com
and I can log with my account.
If I use 127.0.0.1 loacalhost like host,when I try to Log in game I get "password doesn't match with account"

What I need to do???

do u have enter all correct ips in the server configs ( gameserver and loginserver ) ? open ports in firewall/router ?

Ok I resolved^^
(the really problem I think it's Login server not accept ID and password with letter,I created an account like id 12 pass 12 and It work)
