Help Please - Issues Loading Server L2O

Hi all, I'm hoping that someone here can assist me with my issue.

More or less I have done everything word-for-word according to the guides I have seen here. I have tried both the C1 and C2/C3 hybrid servers, and keep coming up with the same issues.

To better explain the issue...

I start off with Cached.exe - No issues
I do newauth's exe - No issues
I load up L2server.exe and wait a few minutes(No window opens so I just give 3-4 mins)
I load up npcs' exe file - It starts loading up the NPC's

Then the l2server.exe file freezes after a while(generally before the npc's are done loading) with this error message.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. If any other information is needed from me I will supply that as well.
