[Help] Port Forwarding!

hey guys , got a problem here

i tried forwarding my mainsvr port to make it possible
for other ppl's to connect

so i opened port 30001 , with my network ip adres

i added my real ip adress in xlate-e.dat , but my friends still can't
connect , anyone maby know a way or a guide to really do this? cause i just
made this with experimenting.. no decent guide for opening ports

Open ports 30001, 40001, and 50001,
Then the're able to connect

When I open 1 port, its ok.

But when I open another port, it overwrites the port I just did.

So overall I can only open 1 port... :/
