[Help] /post blocked

hi, I have a 1.2n server (goe release) and it`s all working fine, the only problem is that every time I try to use the /post command it says
post blocked for 300 second

can any one tell me how to fixx it?? I know it`s just an easy thing to configure, but I can

Im not even sure if /post command works in that version... But maybe..

for me i havent problems about /post commands my setting is only those have in 400 lvl can post and have zen 99999999 to minimize spammers
