You dont use the proper client i think you use interlude client with ct1 pack

The pack you use is CT1 Kamael so you need to lineage2 kamael client.You can download it from free on official lineage2 site

Here you can find interlude and kamael files. for the kamael you must update your clean client. For the interlude you must find the interlude client. Is very easy,
