[Help] Problem in the schedule of events between Web DmNCMS 1.1.8 and server S12

Hello friends, I need help to add the events to the admincp of Web DmNCMS 1.1.8, it is not matching the schedule of Server Events.but I set the same time as this in the Events files. What am I doing wrong help please?This is an example of Blood Castle
