[Help] Problem with run ko.exe

Hello i need fast help. I got error with run knightonline.exe (It's version 1299). When i try to run i getting this error:

A problem occurred in the HackShield program. (Error Code=101) Terminating Program.

Where is problem? This files working perfect on my friend's comp (XP Windows system). In my comp is Vista... , but i heard somewhere that it can be repair.
