[Help] questions about webow BL site for mangos

here are my questions please anwser them : how can i add news ?? i looked al over the site AND administration panel , but i can't add news , i alsow want to change something in the community spotlight : set realmlist 0.0.0.0 ----> how do i change this ??

Go to the forums and under community site archive post a new topic then mark it as news that should work.
